telescopic pallet fork / stacker / steel

The Telescopic Forks are manufactured by Römer and has an interface between the load to be transported and the retrieval system which are subjected to enormous forces. The fully loaded pallets are used so the telescopic forks are exposed to extreme stress under maximum load.

If the lifting device fails, the entire retrieval system is out of action and none of the pallets in entire aisle can be moved. Its chain drive is either DS double sinuid or frequency controlled. The prong guide can be modified by using the S-green. Its height has been reduced, compared to its predecessor.

Römer manufactures load handling devices, among other push-pull devices, in addition to Demag design for tray warehouses. A general overhaul in rotation exchange is possible, to avoid any down-time.
